Marilyn Flowers

Marilyn Flowers is a professor of economics at Ball State University. She earned her doctorate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1974.Before joining Ball State in 1990, she taught at the University of Oklahoma (1974-1990). She was the chairperson of Ball State's economics department between 1999 and 2004. Her teaching interests include public finance and public choice.
